●Philippine jails are the most crowded facilities in the world (520% congestion rate)
●Philippine courts have the longest delays in case trials (average of 528 days in detention)
●Recidivism rate is around 30%
●Spends PhP 130 per inmate per year while in custody
●Public confidence is very low (49% trust rating)
