The mother of our latest CBB Participant who was successfully released breaks down in tears upon reuniting with his son. He had been detained since 2018 and is our second CBB Participant to obtain his freedom through Release on Recognizance. This rarely used mode of release is proving to be a more efficient means of release for deserving detainees. See: "Release on Recognizance"
