Last May 2022 marked the second year anniversary of the Community Bail Bond Program. To mark this auspicious occasion, we gathered together 28 CBB Participants that we were able to obtain release through bail. This marked the first time that they were all gathered together to socialize and share experiences of their detention, release, reunion with their loved ones and reintegration into their communities. Dr. Raymund E. Narag, our chief consultant and primary architect of the CBB Program was on hand to finally see each participant in person and to share his life story as a former PDL himself. Bro. Toti Golingo gave a short inspirational talk to everyone present. It was a truly special occasion and one that will not be easily forgotten by our CBB Participants.
