Last October 30, the Catholic Bishops Conference of the Philippines (CBCP), through its Episcopal Commission on Prison Pastoral Care (ECPPC), conferred the Gawad Panglilingkod Award to two of our stalwarts.
Our former president, the late Judge Aurora Reciña, was posthumously conferred the award which was accepted by her grand daughter, Louise Reciña.
Our Chief Consultant, Dr. Raymund Narag was also conferred the award which he received last Oct. 28 prior to his return to the U.S.
The CBCP gives the award to people and groups that have done exemplary and valuable work in the prison ministry. Congratulations to all the Gawad Paglilingkod awardees!
