Introducing Community Bail Bond Philippines

Community Bail Bond, a special project of PRESO Inc. aimed to help in the temporary release of deserving, low risk persons deprived of liberty charged with non - violent bailable offenses.

First case: Posted bail for the release of 3 poor mothers -of related families, residing under one roof, all vendors and found to be playing Tong-its- a form of gambling under our Laws. This is a victimless crime. This case was covered by ABS-CBN's well known broadcaster Atty. Mike Navallo and accused are ably defended by PAO Counsel Atty. Hyacinth Aldueso. Special thanks to paralegal volunteer and partner - Coordinator Sol Balthazar for helping out in the process during this period of quarantine.
