Three more CBB Participants were given capital loan assistance by our CBB Program partner El Proveedores Foundation earlier today. The funds were turned over to the participants at the office of their respective Barangay Captains. Our participants as well as their families are now given an opportunity to start a new small business or augment their existing source of livelihood all aimed towards of goal of true reintegration for PDL upon their release.
