Our First CBB Participant from Cagayan Province

Kudos to our partners from Cagayan Province for the successful release of one PDL detained at the Cagayan Provincial Jail. He was released under the Community Bail Bond Program and will be monitored and assisted until his case is fully resolved and is successfully reintegrated into his community.
