More than just aid-giving or one-of visits... it's also never forgetting that behind those bars are persons who, like you and me, have a right to genuine access to justice & have a right to rely on its promises and many many should's. It's also keeping in mind that beyond the lofty awards and lengthy CVs or fancy offices and high billables, our justice system is just as good as its least liked and most often forgotten weakest link. We are PRESO. Last February 9, 2024, the Board of Directors of PRESO, Inc. held their annual membership meeting at the sacred Heart of Jesus Shrine. Commissioner Rene Sarmiento, PRESO Inc. President led the meeting where calls for policy reform, enhanced admin capacitation and trainings were strongly recommended.
