Rethinking the Drug Policy: A Push for Jail and Prison Decongestion

Releasing first time non violent drug users who where given a life sentence simply because they did not plead guilty will translate into an instant win for the correctional system. President BBM should consider issuing a commutation of sentence to these individuals. After commutation of sentence, they should be released under community supervision.
