Last July 30, our Community Bail Bond Program was highlighted as part of a lecture series conducted by the Free Legal Assistance Group (FLAG) entitled "Kalayaan at Dangal: The Case for Community Bail Bond in the Philippine Criminal Justice System." Our Chief Consultant, Dr. Raymund Narag gave a compelling presentation as to the how and why the Community Bail Bond Program came to be while our Executive Director, Ms. Tessie D. Gomez gave an overview of the program and the challenges and learnings gained in the two years since the program began. We look forward to further opportunities to present our CBB Program and the impact that it has already made since starting in 2020.
