Two jails in Rizal did not also escape the fury of Typhoon Ulysses. Very early today, PRESO Inc's field officers helped in monitoring the distribution of the generous donations to 717 male and 150 female PDL of San Mateo Municipal Jail as well as to 83 female and 541 male PDL of Rodriguez Municipal Jails.
Every single PDL received his/her share of relief supplies as most of their personal belongings were all washed out during the floods.
