Last May 17, 2024, the PRESO INC. Community Bail Bond team were fortunate to visit the New Quezon City Jail Payatas facility. We were warmly received by JSUPT WARREN M GERONIMO, Jail Warden together with JCINSP ORLANDO M ALICANTE JR, Assistant Warden for Administration, JINSP RELYN R ABUDA, Chief, Welfare and Development, SJO4 Arnold P Apostol, UESJO/ Chief Paralegal, SJO3 Alva V Babasa, Chief Records, and SJO3 Jonathan S Dasig, CRS Officer.
We were given the opportunity to have a tour inside to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the facility and jail management. We were also able to have a short interaction with the PDLs to identify their current condition specially this summer season.
It was truly eye-opening visit and we were pleased to see that Warden Geronimo is focused on addressing issues and concerns in the new facility as well as the ways on how to improve the management and rehabilitation process with the ultimate goal of making this unit the best jail nationwide.
We look forward to future engagements with Warden Geronimo and his dedicated team.
