Voters Education for PDL

PRESO Inc. supports the rights of Persons Deprived of Liberty to participate in the electoral process. To ensure that our PDL are properly oriented on the upcoming elections, we shall be conducting a Voters Education Webinar on March 31 for several NCR jail facilities. Our resource speaker is Dr.Arwin Serrano from the Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting.
